Snow Girl

I know of a girl with frigid ears
Who wears my tombstone for her body, oh, her body
And keeps my coffin at her feet

Sometimes she slides on a broken beam from the moon
Often she surfaces from the bottom of a cold winter pond
She taps on my icy window with delicate earth-stained hands

To look into the eyes of this girl is to explore an unexplored world
They reflect the stars' light then glow hauntingly bright
Oh, my lovely snow girl, the goblins still creep

And outside my window, it is foggy and grey
But of these wicked dark nights, I am no longer scared
I've found happiness in you, reaper of the demon called pain
