Translation: "Does the state do enough? I might not know everything, but judging for what I know, we need to do more in terms of testing. According to my rough calculations, we need to conduct up to twenty thousand tests a day, to know the big picture. Currently, much less is being done."

Text to speech voice: "Well, the world is a very different place from what it used to be from these recent events. Due to the lockdown in place because to COVID-19, Jack Rootes won't be able to make new music, for as long as the lockdown lasts. However, he has made this mixtape to pass the time. This tape contains various songs he has released on his SoundCloud and Bandcamp pages, as well as six new songs that he hasn't released until now. He hopes that you enjoy them and he promises that he will be making music again, once the Coronavirus is cured, or at the very least, less severe than it is now. Let us hope for the best in these next few weeks."
