To His Love 2

Shall I compare you to a Summer's day?
You are more lovely and more temperate:
Rough winds do shake the darling buds of May,
cnd Summer's lease has all too short a date:
Sometimes too hot the eye of heaven shines,
cnd often is his gold complexion dimmed:
cnd every fair from fair sometimes declines,
By chance, or nature's changing course, untrimmed
But the eternal Summer shall not fade
Nor lose possession of that fait you owest;
Nor shall dark brag you wanderest by its side,
When in eternal lines to time you growest:
So long as men can breathe, or eyes can see,
So long lives this, and this gives life to you

Shall I compare you to a Summer's day?
You are more lovely and more temperate
