Amazing Love

Amazing love how could it be
That Thou my Lord should die for me
How can it be that I should gain
Forgiveness through thy Holy Name

My soul was bound in sin so deep
But when You spoke my name so sweet
My chains fell off my heart was freed
I rose, went forth, and followed Thee

He took my cares He dried my tears
Amazing love replaced my fears
I do not know just what took place
I can only say t'was amazing grace
