A bulge in my groin, small bowel obstruction
Incarcerated, cannot be reduced

A bulge in my groin, mass in my scrotum
Strangulated, necrosis of my bowels

I feel intense pain, now they`re ready to cut
Openned inguinal sac, containing necrotic tissues of mine

Arghhhhhhhhhhh!!!
