Feels like I'm livin in a jail
cnd everyone around me's watching, when i need help
To see the sunshine, i should fight by myself
Took a while to realize that, in this hell
I should either break free or look for a broken wall
Got no windows, that's a privilege i can't afford
If i break the wall and see another cell or corridor
With no light, then i might get mad and lose control
Y'all might've poisoned my nerves, but my mind is still clear
I've been searching for the finish line, i feel like it's near
Will i get what i expected, that's my fear
If i don't, I'll still dream without a single drop of tear
Just my approach would differ
I never was a quitter
Put my family before me cuz they provide shelter
When I'm free, I'll do what i need to know myself better
But for now, I'm stuck in this cell and it feels like forever yo

I wanna feel alive, no matter how hard I try
Oh so much pain inside, when well it all subside?
When the sadness dies, will there be time to smile?
So be patient coz you know that I can fly

I'd rather be a stray, than a dog on a leash
Wanna explore, and live my life on the streets
I know, people would throw stones and won't let me be
But I would be on me own, so that won't bother me
You know, that's a life without responsibility, it's carefree
cnd that's the kinda life, that i would always wanna lead
But I'm forced to run in circles, not earning a penny
I don't deserve a plate, nor the food that i eat
How can someone not break a sweat, and feel contended?
Something brought a change upon me, but i don't even know what it intended
cll i know is things started to fall in place, making me independent
I believed in time, and knew that destiny can't be prevented
But the fight ain't over without getting what i need
Called my lawyer to bail me out but he won't let me speak
It ain't a conversation for me, so i had to leave
