For me I'm broke
Damaged, cracked, barely afloat
Hoping there's a cure for
Who I am and how I'm ailing

I used to think that I could fly
c happy thought to touch the sky but I'm falling

I just want to feel alive
For once feel something real inside
I just want to feel it
Before this paint starts peeling
I just want to feel alive

We reap what we sow
Digging deep and letting go
The constant to and fro
But this is where we find our meaning

Cause we won't grow
Won't find that ebb that leads to flow
If we don't take this chance to
Pack our things and then start leaving.

No matter how hard, I try
To truly live, not just survive this
I'm climbing
