Glut
I walked out to outer space
I looked down at the ground
I want to walk in summer leaves
Don’t leave without me
I have licked the pavement to find my way home
Moving slow as slimy snails
Don’t leave without me
Give me five minutes to find my toes
I see myself but I was nowhere to be found
Turn it down!
I’ll be gone
I don’t think I want to care
I was 2 000 feet high, but my legs were reduced to little pegs
Ground down by the chaos and disorder
Stricken with ring-worm and rot
Still my hеad is in the clouds
I have the planеts for breakfast, and the meteors for snacks
It’s all small from up here, just meaningless, minuscule bric-a-brac
Give me five minutes to find my toes
I was nowhere to be found
Getting nowhere
I've never been anywhere
And hoping that nothing comes our way
