Think Before You Advice
There were two sparrows living happily in their nest,
on the branch of a tall beautiful tree.
One day there was a heavy rain,
The wind was blowing fiercely.
Because of the cold,
The male and female Sparrows were trembling,
but were safe in their nest.
All of a sudden,
a monkey completely drenched in the rain,
took shelter under this tree.
The monkey was also shivering,
because it got wet in the rain.
On seeing the monkey,
both the sparrows started conversing...
Did you see the poor monkey shivering?
Can't we help them out?
For him, we ourselves are two tiny...
How could we help such a big monkey?
We need not have to help him directly,
But we can offer him a suggestion or advice,
Advice... for him?
He is short tempered...
Will he listen to your advice?
We will tell him.
it is up to him to take it, or leave it.
Don't get into trouble by advising him.
It's up to you...
Don't worry, nothing will happen.
Brother, brother monkey...
Look up, I am here...
Oh! Sparrow...
I myself is drenched and shivering,
Why did you call me? Don't disturb me...
I am not disturbing you,
If I tell you something, should not mistake me.
Nor get angry. Is it Okay?
What are you going to tell me?
Be fast, I have to go back to my place.
Nothing...
Though I have a small beak,
I have build a nest, to protect myself,
from the Sun and Rain.
You look like a man, having two hands and two legs.
Why can't you build a house, for your protection,
and be happy?
Why do you want to get wet in the rain?
Though there was truth in the sparrows words...
the monkey could not take it in the right sense.
It lost its temper...
In its anger, the monkey climbed up the tree,
and tore the sparrows nest into pieces...
Both the sparrows were very sad.
And they flew away.
Moral:
If we don't think about the person who advises,
rather think about the benefit,
that we will read from that advice.
We can be happy.
