What About Us

Time has gone. The past is done
We were innocent. We're lost
From now on we won't know
What to do, there's only fear

Sacrifice has arrived
All mankind is afraid
Anguish hurts the heart
And suffocates the chest

Around the world people pray
Nobody knows what to say
Just feel the fear at home
And wait for tomorrow. Faith!

What about us? What about now?
And who promised paradise?
God look at us. We don't know who we are
Where's our paradise?
Forgive our sins and allow us another chance
Let us start over a new paradise.

A big mistake, we're guilty
Now we pay with fear
Only because we can't live
And lose faith

We try to live. But not enough
We were so futile. No hearts
We can't even love others
We just let them live.
