When I try to explain myself I deceive myself
I become convinced I can understand
It’s so real, this cognizance
But I recognize it’s illusion
I apologize for confusion

I can explain just about anything
I can’t comprehend just about anything
Just because I’ve got the words doesn’t mean I’ve got a grasp
On what I perceive, on what I receive
