Neon Bluebird

I'm aching inside
I'm losing my mind, I feel so numb
Surrounded by silence,
I'm closing my eyes, I live in a dream
And all I see is a wide empty space, surrounded by fear
But still, the more I feel, I see a Neon Blue light coming out from inside.

I let it come closer, I hear his voice, he is singing to me
And then I remember, the voice I hear is coming through me
How can it be?
I'm the Neon Blue light that's singing to me?
And then I see it's me!
I'm gonna sing my song to set me free!

I'm gonna raise my hands way up high,
I'm gonna reach the stars, I'm gonna fly in the sky
And behind the sun to hide I'll try
I'm gonna be a Neon Bluebird in the sky.

Now I look around me
Everything changed everybody and me
And all that surrounds me is the Neon Blue light that's coming through me.
How can it be?
I'm the Neon Blue Bird that's singing to me?
And then I see it's me!
