Destroy and relinquish the ties

Time crumbling the walls
Hands upon the clocks will strike eternally
I’ll let go of my own emptiness
Stray from the path to set new directions
I am the key to my inbred mind

And I will sunder the serpent’s tongue

I am the key, the answer
I am the morbid dulling pain that’s on the inside of all dissected intentions
Distract the abstract of disinterest
Turning back to the skies to repay all that I’ve taken
Fate will be destroyed
Conquer the abscess and pray for a sign
I must disengage from memories of past times that won’t fade away

I am the answer to change my own life that I’ve lost in sight
And by that now I’ve chosen to fly

Through all the tremors I’ve descended through the cracks

I am not the only to find a way to break down, jump the gun and to see if it’d happen to me

Retrace the steps and try to embrace it

Daring to be the one to rise above
To make a new change that will forever alter existence

Why can’t the crimson tides be rising in sync with the moon and my heart?
The changing times are proving dominance and divergence within me now
The lines are intertwining their separate paths and won’t be condescended
