I really wanna stay

Can't even get warm pacing the floor

I think we should leave in a hurry
Maybe light a match since we're poor 
I've got some winter coats by the door
The neighbors might think

This home is like an ice rink 
There's gotta be shelter somewhere
I wish I knew how

To fix up our heat 
Might even get started drafting my will
I ought to vote red, red, red 
Then you wouldn't be turning blue
At least then I'll be thinking ahead

There's bound to be heat and power 
Hopefully enough for a shower
