Lazing
Somewhere beneath the blast
I jar my morning's anchor,
I don't think I can last
While my eyelids ache to slip
I'm sure to lose my grip
I can feel myself going under
There's nothing else to do but watch the dust air-dancing
Don't think I could move even if I tried
From inside my little place I shuffle at my pace
And I can hear the sea collecting
Won't you let me be alone
I'm just lazing on my own
Want to lie where I have rolled
Got my day worked out
I'm lying in the pit of my own making
Got nothing left to spit
Nothing left to prove
And my eyelids start to slip
I've nearly lost my grip
I can feel myself going under
