Snail’s Shell
I live inside a snail's shell
And one day I'll grow together with it
I'll never be conficting with my home
No "should I stay or should I go"
My house is my companion
Someday I'll not be separated from it
I'm gonna furnish it with my defects
They'll be repaired by a "do-it-yourself-effect"
I live upon a hillside
Underneath an aerial passenger line
And when I need some farsightedness
My house turns into a gondola
I live inside a snail's shell
And when you walk by
When you walk by to meet me
I'll hide in the chimney
So please keep your voice still and drop your eyes
Pretend not to see me, like I was disguised
I'll put a warning at my front door
"This is collapsing, don't come closer"
