My demeanour is peaceful but my thoughts full of conflict
Don't know what I'll get because life's a box of full of chocolates
Mind is always racing, I know it's not a contest
They try to tell me things, it's not changing my mindset
I turned all my anger into writing these concepts
Just so I could love you when we get back in contact
Lot of shit I had to see, it's not a fun fact
I just know with money, I'll be buying the fun back

Looking in the mirror like I'm going to combat
Competing with myself, gets dark when it's sunset

Take care of their needs but I know they only want

And I plan to spend it but I'm planning to keep some
Ahead of my time, trying to live it in each month
I stopped with the smoking, I always speak blunt
Just want to buy a house, but it has to be beachfront
I can't grab your hand, if you ask me I'll teach some
My twenties over half, but I'm planning to keep young
My queen is in the back, protected by each pawn
Mind is overflowing but I've learned how to keep calm

The future is the path, make it better for each young
